The Sterile Process is committed to making our website and learning resources accessible to students, applicants, partners, and visitors, including people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment

The Sterile Process is committed to improving access for people with disabilities across our public website, TSP Study Hub, Quiz Studio, Flashcard Studio, and online course resources.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a goal for ongoing improvements. We do not claim that every page or resource currently meets all WCAG requirements or that this statement establishes ADA compliance.

Request help or an alternative format

If a page, form, checkout step, video, quiz, or study guide is difficult to use, contact us. You can request an accessible text version, help completing a website task, or discuss an accommodation for accessing course content.

We will review your request and work with you to identify an accessible way to complete the task or use the material. Please tell us if a course deadline is affected.

Report an accessibility problem

To help us investigate, include:

The page address or name of the lesson or resource.
What you were trying to do and what prevented you from doing it.
Your preferred contact method and the format or assistance that would help.
Your device, browser, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.

You do not need to include a diagnosis or medical records to report a website barrier. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Current limitations and ongoing work

Recent improvements include clearer form instructions, stronger focus indicators, keyboard navigation improvements, more descriptive page titles, and a text view for PDF study guides in the Study Hub.

Caption availability and accuracy still need review across videos. Some PDFs may have incomplete text extraction or a reading order that needs correction. Full screen-reader testing and mobile zoom checks are not yet complete. If these limitations affect you, please request help or an alternative format.

Some services, such as payment and embedded media tools, are provided by third parties. If you encounter a barrier there, report it to us so we can investigate and help with the next step.
