You may cancel within three calendar days after purchase and receive a full refund. This voluntary policy does not shorten any longer cancellation period or refund rights required by applicable law.
To request cancellation, email admin@thesterileprocess.com with your name, order number, and what you want to cancel. Keep a copy of your request.
After the three-day period, requests are reviewed case by case based on instruction, materials, bookings, and services actually provided and what remains unused. Any deduction must be lawful, itemized, and supported by terms disclosed before purchase. No new deduction schedule or cancellation fee is created by this page.
Earlier purchases and signed agreements retain their original terms. The current full-price program is not a promotional offer.
Earlier promotional enrollments
Course enrollments purchased using a promotional discount or discount code are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
This condition applies only to earlier purchases for which it was disclosed before payment. It does not change the terms of earlier purchases.
Other refund requests are reviewed case by case. The regular $697 pay-in-full price, without a promotional discount or discount code, and the regular $697 tuition payment plan are not promotional discounts. Current secure enrollment agreements include the cancellation window described above.
This condition applies to the discounted course tuition only; full-price add-ons are not included in it. It does not change physical merchandise return policies. See the shop shipping and return policies for badge reels and jackets.
Self-paced enrollment payment
The Self-Paced CRCST Program no longer requires a separate application fee. Students submit the program payment when they are ready to enroll.
Program tuition
The Self-Paced Program is $697 paid in full, including the selected pathway textbook. The payment plan is three monthly payments totaling $697. Tuition includes Quiz Studio, Flashcards, chapter reviews, video lectures, and student support for interview preparation and 400-hour strategy. Program tuition and payment-plan terms should be reviewed before enrollment payment is submitted. For requests eligible for case-by-case review after the applicable cancellation window, enrollment access, materials, and services may affect refund eligibility once issued or delivered.
Case-by-case review and questions
Refund or cancellation questions should be submitted in writing to admin@thesterileprocess.com. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case against the student's enrollment status, access, materials, and payment activity. The promotional-enrollment condition above applies where it was disclosed before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights required by applicable law.
