Program expectations
- Stay on schedule and communicate early if you are falling behind.
- Complete required readings, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and review work.
- Attend required live or scheduled support sessions when applicable.
- Study consistently outside of class or scheduled instruction.
- Maintain professional communication with The Sterile Process staff and instructors.
- Understand that 400-hour completion, externship, certification, and employment require student follow-through and outside-party requirements.
