This page gives students the core terms to review before completing enrollment. The current secure application includes intake, identification and diploma/GED submission, and signed agreements. These steps must be completed before program access is issued.
Standard enrollment includes one year of course access from activation. Earlier promotional enrollments retain the access period disclosed at purchase. Regular $697 pay-in-full enrollment and the $697 tuition payment plan include one year when no promotional discount or code is used. Earlier purchases retain their original access terms.
The Sterile Process provides sterile processing education, CRCST exam preparation, career readiness support, and guidance connected to the 400-hour requirement. Students are expected to participate consistently, complete assigned work, and stay on schedule.
The Self-Paced Program is $697 paid in full, including your selected certification-pathway textbook. A workbook and certification exam fees are separate. The payment plan is three monthly payments totaling $697. Tuition includes your selected pathway textbook, Quiz Studio, Flashcards, chapter reviews, video lectures, and student support for interview preparation and 400-hour strategy. Enrollment is not complete until the student has selected the program option, accepted the enrollment agreement, and submitted the required tuition payment or payment-plan deposit. The self-paced pathway does not require a separate application fee.
The Virtual Skills Training Add-On is $497; the existing standalone U.S. shipping-included policy remains in place. Program plus kit is $1,194. The complete package is $2,499 total with U.S. shipping included, including the program, skills kit and guided practice, pathway textbook and workbook, AHA BLS course fee and scheduling, and six months of outreach. Your purchase-specific agreement must match these prices before payment.
Current secure enrollment agreements provide a full refund when canceled within three calendar days after purchase, subject to any longer mandatory rights. Later requests are reviewed case by case. Earlier purchases and signed agreements retain their original terms. Review the refund policy before payment.
Students are responsible for reading assigned material, attending required sessions when applicable, completing assignments, using the provided study resources, communicating when support is needed, and meeting current HSPA certification and documentation requirements.
The Sterile Process does not guarantee CRCST certification, employment, externship placement, 400-hour placement, or a specific outcome. Program support is designed to prepare and guide students, not to replace student effort or employer/HSPA requirements.
