U.S. shipping included. Processing: 1–2 business days. Ships in 1–3 additional business days after processing via USPS Ground. USPS transit is typically 2–5 business days in the contiguous U.S. Estimated total delivery: 4–10 business days for the contiguous U.S. Alaska and Hawaii can take longer.

One badge reel per order. Badge reels and jackets require separate checkouts and payments.

Standard logo-only jackets: change-of-mind returns

You can request a change-of-mind return for standard logo-only jackets within 3 days after delivery.

You may try on a standard logo-only jacket for fit, but it must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered for a change-of-mind return.

This is the deadline to request a return, not the date the returned jacket must be received.

Standard logo-only jackets include the white Sterile Processing Technician embroidered logo without added name or credential personalization.

Personalized jacket returns

Personalized jackets are final sale for change-of-mind returns.

Design-proof approval

A design proof will be provided for your review. Design-proof approval is required before shipment.

This applies to both standard logo-only and personalized jackets.

Jacket processing and shipping

Free U.S. shipping. Processing: 1–2 business days. Ships in 5–6 business days after design-proof approval. UPS Ground transit: 1–5 business days. Estimated total delivery: 7–13 business days, assuming prompt proof approval. Delayed proof approval extends delivery.
